About Polereferred Pest Control and How Referrals Work

Polereferred Pest Control helps homeowners in Los Gatos and the Los Gatos area find independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We are not a pest company. We do not own the trucks, and we do not do the work. Referral, not the provider.

Why this site exists

Pest bills can be confusing. One quote lists a single visit. Another lists a plan with monthly stops. A homeowner with ants in the kitchen or scratching in the attic has to sort it out fast. We exist to make that first step easier and to explain what drives price, so you can compare fairly.

How matching works

You can send a request through the form, or you can request a callback to check provider availability. Tell us the pest, the kind of home and where you see the problem. Your request is then routed to an independent provider in our network that handles that type of job in your area.

Call hours vary by provider. Some may reach out quickly, and others may take longer to respond.

What to have ready

A few details help a provider understand the job before anyone visits:

• The kind of pest you think you have, or a short description of what you saw
• Where in the home you noticed it, such as the kitchen, attic or crawl space
• How long it has been going on
• Whether kids or pets are in the home

Photos can help too, if you have them. None of this is required, but it saves back-and-forth.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Explain what they found and what they suggest
• Give a written quote with the scope spelled out
• Say what is included, such as return visits
• Answer questions without pressure
• Hold any licenses their work requires in your state

The provider, not Polereferred Pest Control, is responsible for the work and for the terms of the job.

What we do not do

We keep this list short and clear:

• We do not inspect, treat or trap anything
• We do not set the provider's price
• We do not sign contracts for you
• We do not decide which quote you accept

How we are paid

We are open about this. A provider may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider for the work, and that price is set by the provider. Because pricing varies, ask each provider for a written quote and compare the totals and what is covered.

Compare, then decide

A fair price is not always the smallest number. Check the scope, the number of visits and the follow-up. There is no obligation to hire anyone you are connected with. Take your time, and ask questions until the plan makes sense to you.
