Polereferred Pest Control is a referral service. We do not hire technicians or run crews. Instead, we connect homeowners in Los Gatos and the Los Gatos area with independent providers. If you run a pest control or wildlife removal business and want homeowner calls, you can apply to join the network.

Who we are looking for

We want providers who work in one or more of these areas:

• Residential pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and bed bug treatment
• Rodent and wildlife removal
• Termite inspection and treatment

You should run your own business, serve homeowners in or near the Los Gatos area, and be ready to take calls from people who may be stressed and comparing options.

What we expect

Homeowners are told to expect honesty, so we ask the same of providers:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your work requires in your state
• Give clear written quotes that list scope, visits and what is included
• Be upfront about what drives your price
• Treat quote comparison as normal, without pressure
• Handle the work, the contract and any follow-up yourself

Polereferred Pest Control does not do the work and does not take responsibility for it. We route the call, and you earn the job.

How the arrangement works

Providers may pay a referral fee for connections. The details are shared before you agree to anything, so you can judge whether the numbers fit your business. Call availability is your call, and hours vary by provider.

How to apply

Send an email to contact@polereferred.property with:

• Your business name and the services you offer
• The towns you cover
• Your license details, as required where you work
• A short note on how you handle written quotes

We will review what you send and reply if it looks like a fit for the homeowners who contact us.
