Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still send us a note. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short of what we expect may be removed. Be aware that Polereferred Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
